Hello, everyone! As we enter a new chapter and Phase 2 has been announced, we are excited to let you know that Creamier will be open for dine-in starting 19 June 2020.
Abiding with government regulations, we are very happy to bring you more moments of happiness through our handcrafted ice creams, freshly-baked Golden Waffles, coffees, and crafted beverages. But as safety is still our number one priority, we will be implementing a number of changes with how we do things at Creamier to ensure your safety and our team’s as much as possible. We seek your patience and kind understanding as these changes will definitely impact your Creamier experience. Please read on below!
Safe Entry Access and Temperature Checking will be Mandatory
We will be requiring everyone entering our café to fill up the SafeEntry form and perform temperature checks as per government regulations. This is for contact tracing purposes and to ensure that everyone entering our café could rightfully do so.
Safe Distancing Measures
Apart from reducing the seating capacity in our cafés to 50%, each table will be limited to 5 persons or less, with at least one-metre spacing in between groups. Please follow all demarcations in our café to prevent close contact between individuals, especially when queueing.
Limited Menu
We are trying our best to keep our offerings new and interesting, but for now, we will be working with a limited ice cream menu with the occasional seasonal ice cream as we are working with limited resources and ingredients due to COVID-19. Your understanding is very much appreciated.
Ice cream scoops, freshly-baked Golden Waffles, take-away pints, coffees, and crafted beverages will be available.
Sampling, Free Drinking Stations & Ordering
Will will continue to stop all free drinking stations and ice cream sampling to reduce high-contact areas in our cafés. In our efforts to reduce verbal interactions, please use the self-order form available at the entrance when ordering and sanitise the pens after use with the alcohol provided.
Cashless Payments Only
In order to avoid unnecessary handling of cash, we will strictly not accept any cash payments. We have multiple cashless payment channels, and our staff will be happy to guide you through them
Creamier at Home
Despite the ease in regulations, we continue to encourage everyone to enjoy their #CreamierAtHome.
You can continue to purchase your Creamier goodies through our online store, creamier.com.sg/shop, now with friendlier delivery rates. We offer free island-wide delivery for orders $55 and above for a single location. Otherwise, a delivery fee of $12 per location will apply.
For same-day fulfilment, Creamier is available on foodpanda, Deliveroo, and GrabFood. We’ve also expanded our delivery reach in the North, Northwest, and SouthEast through GrabFood (it’s also available on Mondays!).
What We’re Doing
We are observing strict hygiene measures, temperature-checking, sanitising and cleaning all high-contact surfaces more frequently throughout the day.
Any employee feeling sick or showing symptoms of any kind will be immediately asked to avoid the workplace.
Adjusted Store Hours
All Creamier outlets will be open from Tuesday to Sunday as usual, from 12-10pm. We remain closed on Mondays and do not take reservations.
Expired Vouchers
If your in-store voucher or Happiness Card has an expiry date of February until August 2020, we will extend it for another 6 months.
