  • The voucher must be presented at the time of redemption.
  • The voucher is only applicable for one time redemption.
  • The voucher is valid until the expiry date stated on the voucher. Strictly no extensions will be allowed.
  • This voucher is only redeemable for dine-in at Creamier outlets.
  • The voucher is valid for a single transaction and must be used in full. Any unused portion will not be refunded or exchanged for cash or store credit.
  • This voucher is non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or other items.
  • Lost, stolen, or damaged vouchers will not be replaced.
  • This voucher cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions, discounts, or membership benefits.
