1. Transaction Currency and Pricing

All prices quoted are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and are inclusive of any applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST).

2. Shipping and Delivery Within Singapore

Singapore delivery is available to all areas. Creamier Handcrafted Ice Cream & Coffee confirms all orders within a day and, in most cases, your order will be ready for pickup or delivery will arrive on the date and time of request. Please contact us at order@creamier.com.sg for details of any confirmed order or delivery not received.

Currently, we do not deliver out of Singapore.

3. Customer Service

Creamier Handcrafted Ice Cream & Coffee is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. In the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfill your order, we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund.

4. Returns and Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from the Site. If you are unsatisfied with any purchase you have made from the Site for any reason, please contact us via our contact page within 7 days of shipment. Please tell us your name, date of purchase, the order number, which items, how many you are returning, and the reason for the return.

Please note:
Merchandise items must be returned in original new condition including all original packaging. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable.
All return shipping charges must be prepaid.
Items purchased online cannot be exchanged at Creamier Handcrafted Ice Cream & Coffee outlets.
If the goods are faulty, have been wrongly described, are different to the product purchased on the website or doesn’t do what it is supposed to do, you can choose between a refund, exchange or credit.

5. Errors

Whilst Creamier Handcrafted Ice Cream & Coffee takes all reasonable care to ensure the accuracy of information on the Creamier Handcrafted Ice Cream & Coffee website, from time to time there may be information on the website or in any sales literature, quotation, price list, tax invoice or other document or information issued by Creamier Handcrafted Ice Cream & Coffee that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing or availability.
