We’re over the moon to share that our Sea Salt Gula Melaka (Vegan) ice cream has clinched a prestigious 2-Star ratingat the Great Taste Awards 2025 — the world’s largest and most trusted food awards, organised by the UK’s Guild of Fine Food.
This recognition is extra special for us — and for Singapore — as only 10% of more than 14,000 entries receive a 2-Star distinction. It’s a proud moment that celebrates not just our craftsmanship, but also the local flavours that inspired us from the very beginning.

A Scoop of Nostalgia, Reimagined
Inspired by the familiar taste of chendol, our Sea Salt Gula Melaka Ice Cream brings together the comforting sweetness of palm sugar (gula melaka), the creaminess of coconut, and a touch of sea salt for balance.
It’s our love letter to Southeast Asian heritage — a modern, vegan-friendly twist on the flavours we grew up with. Since its debut, this flavour has become a cult favourite in our cafés and retail shelves, loved by both locals and travellers seeking an authentic taste of Singapore.
