Oh no! Unfortunately, once your order is confirmed and paid for, we can’t help to change or modify them. This is because orders zoom straight to our prep team, and adjustments might create a system glitch. Hence, we would appreciate that you check through your orders before paying. Each ice cream pint has an expiry date labelled on it. If left unopened and stored in the freezer, it could last until the expiry date. 

Once you crack it open, we recommend enjoying it within 7 days for peak ice cream experience. Since we skip preservatives and life enhancers, freshness is key!

Just like the ice cream, each pack of frozen golden waffles has its expiry date labelled on the packaging. Same drill – unopened in the freezer means it'll last until that date.

We are currently not halal certified but we are definitely muslim friendly! We don’t use pork or lard but we do have some ice creams that contain gelatin and alcohol. We always have allergens displayed on products listed on our website and ice cream tags in our outlets. If you’re unsure, kindly check with our service team and they will be able to advise you accordingly. Thank you and enjoy your ice cream at Creamier!

We pack your ice cream in a thermo box with dry ice to keep it frozen for up to 4 hours. That way, your creamy goodness arrives nice and chilled!
