At Creamier Bakery, we mill exclusively with Nishio SB White Rose — a Japanese heritage flour prized for its silken dough extensibility — alongside Aichermühle stone-milled rye and spelt from a Bavarian family mill. Every loaf and pastry is leavened with our own in-house sourdough starter, and crafted entirely by hand.
