Our Azelia Passion Ice Cream Cake is a dreamy melange of smooth hazelnut milk chocolate mousse (we use 35% Azélia cocoa), dark chocolate sponge cake, our refreshing Mango Passionfruit Sorbet, and a double layer of crunchy feuilletine, all blanketed in hazelnut praline.
Also, we topped it off with freeze-dried Mandarin oranges to give a nice citrusy hint to this light yet decadent treat. This ice cream cake is totally up any chocolate-citrus lover's alley. Contains dairy, gluten, nuts, eggs, and gelatin.
On the other end of the spectrum is a cake that’s pretty in pink and bursting with fruit-forward flavours! Enter our Yuzu Ichigo Ice Cream Cake—honey lemon yuzu mousse is layered with fluffy vanilla soufflé sponge cake, our well-loved Summer Strawberries Ice Cream, and blackcurrant fruit jelly.
